ADJUSTABLE MULTI-LEVEL STRETCHING
Easi™ ArcStretch can be used by both beginners and amateurs alike. There are 3 levels of adjustments on Easi™ ArcStretch to help relax your back according to yourcomfortlevel.
Level 1 - Starting Position
This is the recommended starting position for all beginners. It raises your back 5.7cm in height above the floor. The key purpose of starting at level 1 is to prevent overstretching or aggravating your back issues as you are just starting.
TIP: Use a pillow to prop your head slightly above the floor for support.
At Level 1, perform a 5 minutes stretch to relax your back muscles. Take a deep breath and exhale gently. Your body weight will do the work instretching outyour vertebrae.
NOTE:Level 2 and 3 should only be used after you are comfortable with Level 1. Many individuals are comfortable with just using Level 1.
LEVEL 2 - ADVANCED POSITION
Easi™ ArcStretch raises your back 9cm in height from the floor. As your flexibility and postureimprove, you may want to experiment with Level 2 and Level 3.
Raise your arms above your head and shoulders andrest themas close to the floor as possible. In time, you should be able to extend your arms totally past your head and elbows on the floor.
LEVEL 3 - ADVANCED POSITION AND FOR YOGA PRACTITIONERS (MAXIMUM STRETCH)
This is the mostadvancedlevel and raises your back 11cm in height above the floor. It is recommended for individuals who are already comfortable with Level 1 and 2 and who are looking for a greater stretch. It isbest usedwith a Yoga mat.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE:
Step 1:Prebend the arch for better support. Lay the base and arch on a secured mat or non-slippery floor with the wide end closest to you.
Step 2:Slide the wide end of the arch into the single slot on the wide end of the base.
Step 3:Hold the narrow end of the arch firmly with both hands. Thumbs rest on the top of the narrow side of the arch and fingers below it. Press down with your thumbs and slide the narrow side of the arch in the Level 1 Position on the base.
